As many of you know, I’ve traveled the world preaching the mental toughness message, especially when it comes to losing weight and getting healthy. I’ve appeared on every major TV and radio network, debated some of the most celebrated doctors in the country on this issue, and written OP-ED pieces in dozens of newspapers and magazines on why mental toughness is the solution to the worldwide obesity epidemic. And while mental toughness training has helped thousands of people lose weight, I realized a few years ago that my single voice would never be enough to save millions of fat people from death and disease. Critical thinking led me to the conclusion that it would take an ARMY of mental toughness coaches to solve the obesity epidemic, and I set to build one. Late last year I partnered with major health food manufacturer to help people select a healthy, lifetime diet, and a few months ago I teamed up with one of the most prolific sports writers in America, associate editor of Sports Illustrated Magazine for 18 years, Don Yaeger, to form The Think Rich Team. Don Yaeger has spent the last 20 years interviewing the most successful athletes in America, dissecting what makes them great, and bringing this information to the millions of subscribers of Sports Illustrated Magazine. In all those years, Don concluded that it’s MENTAL TOUGHNESS that makes the difference. Now he’s helping us bring this message to the 70% of Americans who are overweight or obese. Together, our combined experience in this field spans over 50 years, and the result is a one of a kind mental toughness approach to weight loss. Now we are crisscrossing the country building an army of 100,000 mental toughness coaches for weight loss. We currently have about 600 coaches in place, with another 99,000 + to go.
