Times are changing. The critical thinking question is, are you changing fast enough for the times? It’s easy to say but hard to do in this fast paced, exhilarating world. Unprecedented problems present big opportunities. These are exciting times. Are you taking advantage of new ideas and innovations? Are you thinking about your business in new ways? Watch this short video I shot at Fox News in Minneapolis, and I’ll look forward to your comments.  Steve Siebold  (1:50)

  1. Hi Steve,
You are absolutely right and I actually have been thinking about it — only just thinking about it. Your blog has confirmed what I’e been thinking and I will begin to inch out and get my feet wet. I’ve said it and now I will have to make good on that. As always,
    Thanks, Beverly

  2. Hi Steve,
Great post – I think I had taken in all the doom and gloom and brought myself down a few levels. This post has given a right good kick up the backside. As a cartoonist I am a creative – I should be exploring new ways of using technology instead of sticking to the old. I’m sure there must be opportunities for a cartoon feature on these smart phones. In fact I’m sure there must be opportunities all around us – I for one wasn’t looking for them until now!
Thanks for the kick up the butt!
    Richard

  3. Ah – at last a blog post I can wholeheartly agree with! You are absolutely right – despite all of the doom and gloom out there – there’s plenty to be excited and enthusiastic about.

Personally, I still we are roughly in the early silent movie era as far as the internet goes – and it will have much wider ranging impact on our lives than the movies. I can’t wait for the internet equivalent of sound, film grammar, colour and even 3D to be discovered!

  4. Steve!

What a great idea! I think I’ll start using Photoshop instead of exercise to help my clients change the way they look and feel about themselves. (lol)

    Be Well,

    Jaroslav
