How decisive are you? Do you make decisions quickly with confidence or do you have a hard time deciding what to have for dinner? Studies show a strong correlation between success and decisiveness, and this is skill as opposed to a talent. In other words, decisiveness can be developed. Watch this short video (3-minutes) I recorded in the Guitar Room at the Mansion, and I’ll look forward to your comments.

  1. “make decisions faster, and change them slower”

What do you mean by changing decisions slower? What is that process?

  2. Took a long time for me to order food yesterday! Change mind quickly and decide things slowly… never thought of the concept and really have some work to do.
