Tough Guy?

In my 30+ years in building/operating businesses in 10 countries around the world, I’ve discovered that the rarest of skills is emotional toughness. I’ve worked with SuperBowl Champions, World Series Winners and Olympic Gold Medalists, and only a tiny percentage of them were able to transfer their toughness beyond their sport.
