Over the past 18 years as a full-time professional speaker, I’ve worked with most of of the top thought leaders in the personal development space. My conclusion today is the same as it was back in 1996: Mental Toughness, the ability to control and manipulate your emotions combined with iron-like persistence, is the key to the world-class success. Labor unions leveled the playing field during a time of flagrant abuses by some employers and organizations. In the information age, where a post on Facebook or a tweet on Twitter exposing abuses can be read by millions in minutes, unions are no longer necessary. Critical thinking (ATS–According to Siebold–:) says that it’s time to abolish unions and allow the free market to operate. I’ve been traveling through South & Latin America, and the damage the U.S. drug laws have done to these countries and their people is shameless. The merciless drug cartels south of the border have taken over. The majority of demand for drugs comes from the United States, due to the so-called, failed war on drugs.
