created my first vision board in 1977, when I was 12 years old. I didn’t call it a vision board, I just scotch taped pictures of everything I ever wanted all over my room. To me, it made sense for me to surround myself with everything I wanted to be, do and have. My dad, who was born in 1926 and experienced the Great Depression as a child, was very pragmatic. He didn’t share my enthusiasm for the vision boards. He thought it was silly, until the pictures started appearing in real life. In this clip.
