They’ve usually read one or more of my books and are looking for the missing ingredient to their success with money. This is my first post in a series that addresses this topic. I certainly don’t have all the answers, but after conducting over 1,300 face-to-face interviews with the self-made rich since 1984, I’ve collected an amazing array of helpful hints. Mental Toughness and Money

In a perfect world, we would turn our money over to professional money managers and forget about it. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world, and if you don’t watch your money, you may not have any when you need it. Mental Toughness is about taking responsibility for your life, and that includes your money. If the great recession of 2008 taught us anything, it’s how fast your wealth can evaporate if you’re not careful—and even when you ARE careful!
