The Mental Toughness Institute for Weight Control, aka the Fat Loser Program, kicks off the new 12-week session January 7, 2008. If you’re ready to lose 10-100 pounds, this is the program for you. Get thin and healthy in 2008. Limited space available. Visit www. thefatlosers.com If you’re focused on world-class success in 2008, we still have 11 seats left for the Winter semester of the world-famous Mental Toughness College. Graduates include entrepreneurs, executives, salespeople, professional athletes, etc. I’ll be teaching that class personally for 12-weeks on small group conference calls beginning January 14, 2008. This program is NOT for the faint of heart. For more information visit www.mentaltoughnesscollege.com ( 3:59 )

Hey Future Fat Losers,
I will attest to the effectiveness of this program having lost 54 LBS in the past 6 months and heading toward my ideal weight in 2008.
If you need to lose it and you have been procrastinating or dieting and failing you will benefit from following the program and acquirinf mental toughness skills. If you already have been studying mental toughness the course will improve those skills and apply them in a way you probably have not considered.
It is up to you to lose that weight, there is nobody else that can do it for you but, mental toughness will help you become a Fat Loser like me. Make the decision to follow what Steve and Dawn tell you for 12 weeks and you will have results.
I know, I did it and am still doing it.
Jeff
Steve, I wish you a merry christmas and all the good life has to offer.
I want to say thanks again for writing the 177 tools of mental toughness, I read a couple of principles every morning and night, been doing it for nearly two months now since I got the book and I enjoy the content more and more every day.
I’ve been thinking about why this concept of middle-class versus world-class speaks to me the way it does. The conclusion I’ve come to so far is that I’ve always been good and in some areas even very good at pretty much everything I’ve set my mind on. The thing is, I’ve wanted to be great at what I do, and luckily the field I’m aiming for has crystallised over the years so I know where to put my focus these days.
I consider your book to be a mental blueprint for the thought processes needed to make the leap from middle-upper class thinking to worldclass, and that is exactly what I needed. I’m a rather self-disciplined person, when the rare moments come when I don’t feel like getting going now though all I do is ask myself “what would the world-class do” haha, it doesn’t get any easier than that to get moving. I find myself spending my days more and more in the state of flow Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi writes about in his books.
You are absolutely right, 2008 is going to be an incredible year, and your material is certainly going to be my companions on the journey.
Merry christmas,
Sincerely,
Ronnie
Have a good holiday Steve!
