		<description>You describe me stuck in a working class and middle class thinking pattern for many decades of my life, Steve. I was accomplishing things and taking care of my family BUT looking back as I began to realize I was missing something the big delusion was that something almost magical was just going to happen or fall out of the sky into my lap and change things.

I wasn&#039;t doing what I needed to do to change things. People get stuck like that for many reasons: igonrance, fear, feelings of inferiority, lack of confidence. And those things often remain unaddressed because of: lack of motivation, lack of awareness, lack of skill in addressing them.

Two things we need more of are: 1. better public school teaching that addresses these things. When I was a public school teacher I became aware of this big gap in teaching. AND 2. more of the kind of coaching you and others do today, Steve.
