Hi Steve,

Thank you for sending this out! I wasn't able to attend the WFG convention, however many fellow associates told me about your promise to give us more info. so it's great to hear more on what you taught then. We use your 177 Mental Toughness book frequently in our team trainings and I personally give it to all the new people that come on board my team with WFG. I can't wait to hear more from you on this topic!

Best Wishes,

Thanks Steve that's good I'm going to use it. Have been also using A. L. Williams "Do It" speech with people I'm training.

I'm also using repetition as my mentor did with me over and over - I hike six miles five morning a week with a coffee shop break 2/3 through to take 45 minutes to study whatever book I have with me. I may do some business calls on the hike too - but the repetition is a series of positive affirmations OR A - Z affirmations/qualities, goals as if they are accomplished, etc.

So I'll take these ten beliefs and integrate them into what I already do and begin using them with the people I work with - I like that you say each one of us is probably the one person who can make the difference with the person we're coaching.

I make it a point to tell everyone I begin working with that it's going to be a life long loyalty and my commitment to continue to learn to be of the most service and best help I can be. People need to hear those words.

Your series of five minute presentatons on YouTube is superb - you have a terrific sense of humor and laid back personality when you speak that makes you easy to listen to which in turn will make it easy for the listeners to pay attention to and enjoy as they learn.

Steve , Thanks for the great info on Coaching Mental Toughness. I have the program and it is a tremendous help both personally and in coaching others. I am constantly tweaking my program and it is mainly coaching "Confidence" and I use a lot of the Mental Toughness with it.
P.S. The Bill Gove Speech Workshop that I attended in Atlanta was the best training/teaching/coaching I have ever seen in my life. I use it in everything I do. Thanks to you and Dawn. Hope to see you guys again soon.
